After customized, go to "Find A Dealer" and enter "50324" as your Zip Code. Select "JT's Slap Shot Hockey Shop SFS" and then "Ship to store". You can also save your design and email us at info@slapshothockeyshop.com . Custom skates must be ordered at the store in Des Moines using our 3D Skate Lab.

After customized, in "Info" section enter "JT's Slap Shot Hockey Shop" under Store Name. You can also email us your reference number (Ex: GNETIV5ce481df12a07 ) at info@slapshothockeyshop.com

Select Canada / USA, and then after customized, enter "JT's Slapshot" into Search by Name field, select us, and then "Submit order to this store". You can also email us your reference number (Ex: EF4-190521-19 ) at info@slapshothockeyshop.com . Custom skates must be ordered at the store in Des Moines using our 3D Foot Scan.

To order, please visit our store in Des Moines to be scanned, and we will walk you thru the custom skate process. Custom sticks can be ordered by emailing us at info@slapshothockeyshop.com

Select "Customizers" tab, select product you wish to customize, and once done in the email field send to info@slapshothockeyshop.com

After customized click on "Save PDF", once redirected enter click on "Print Page/Save Page as PDF", save as PDF and email to info@slapshothockeyshop.com
