The time has come.  Mens C League has started up and its going great.  Seems like everyone is having a blast and no problems.  With what I have been told and from skating over at the metro rink is that the ice has been a little soft so if your getting a 3/8 on your skates and your grabbing to much to the ice maybe try a 1/2 on them.  What that will do is allow you to glide a little better on the ice instead of digging in. 

The 2008 Midget Major Buc Bowl took place last weekend.  With 20 of the country's top teams particpating, the weekend was full of exciting hockey action and games to remember.

At the end of it all, Little Casears came away with the title of 2008 Midget Buc Bowl Champions.  They played Victory Honda in an exciting championship game.  The final score of the game was 3 - 2.

C League has started finally.  The first games were a blast and so far all the sunday night teams get along great.  Thank you to all the refs for doing the games.  If it wasnt for you guys we wouldnt have a game.  Slap shot won a tough match agianst Irwins but Slap Shots goalie pulled it out for them by making amazing saves.  It should be a good match-up next time.

Other then that the good times are back with pitcher beer.
